Cleveland EMS said a woman was killed and a man was transported to the hospital after a wrong-way crash on Harvard Avenue. The crash happened before 1 a.m. A man driving a black SUV was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes on Harvard Avenue when it slammed into another car. Both vehicles caught fire.
